ETS brings the latest scientific knowledge and state-of-the-art technology from leading research laboratories to top European football players. We develop individualized strategies to improve players' cognitive and physical performance by integrating science into their daily lives.

In addition to the scientific work in the clubs, we take care to the remaining hours of the day. We extend scientifically proven strategies into the players' lives outside of club hours, ensuring 24-hour maximal improvement.

​With our multidisciplinary team, coming from biomedicine, elite sport science, neuroscience, sport psychology, nutrition science, data science and our experiences in elite football, we develop data-based, scientifically proven individualized nutrition and sleep strategies to improve brain performance and physical performance.
